Tax time is stressful for everyone – especially low-income Arizonans and others who lack the skills or resources needed to get proper tax assistance. But you can help. As a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) provider you work hands-on with families to help them receive the tax benefits they need to improve their lives.

Help for your neighbors, Experience for You!

ASWA certified VITA preparers will provide you free training to help prepare basic tax returns – training that may even help you prepare your own tax documents, and can count toward continued education credits.

Flexible Hours, Convenient VITA Locations.

You volunteer with VITA when it fits your schedule at convenient locations throughout Arizona. We will have VITA Coordinators available to help you to find a time and location that best fits your schedule.
